The project blends the richness of local tradition with sophisticated contemporary design.
This carefully restored property preserves the historic essence of the maritime neighborhood, standing out for its traditional Valencian architecture and handcrafted details that tell stories of another era.
The façade, with its neutral-toned moldings and wooden joinery, ceramic roof, and wrought-iron balconies, reflects the vibrant character of Cabañal, while the interior surprises with spaces that radiate warmth and comfort. The original hydraulic tile floors, or handmade clay floors, have been meticulously restored, complementing the warm-toned walls and tiled finishes, creating a cozy and elegant atmosphere.
Each apartment has been designed with modern functionality in mind, without sacrificing artisan charm. The original wooden beams have been restored and integrated with contemporary elements such as indirect lighting and minimalist furniture.
Large windows allow Mediterranean light to flood every corner, highlighting the nuances of the noble materials used in the décor.
